Science

Science is integrated through the instruction of ELA during whole group instruction. During whole group instruction, teachers do interactive read alouds to introduce topics and allow class discussion to clarify misconceptions and ensure understanding. Students are taught about these science topics through the discussions.

The following science components are taught at CPS:​
